The BOSS Project supports Connect to Greatness ®, Inc. moms to bring their passion projects to fruition as a 501©3 and become women BOSSES! The project provides business coaching sessions with an experienced  entrepreneur to help the women establish their own business (non-profit/for profit) purpose, mission, and vision. The coach will also assist the women with navigating the process to obtain their EIN, IRS determination, and other filing requirements. Each participant will receive $500 to support the required filing and application fees in an effort to eliminate the financial barriers that can delay the process and discourage women from starting a business.

The BOSS Project impacts social change by providing women with a unique opportunity to spur economic development and job creation for other women and economic independence for themselves. The ladies are coached in a group and one-on-one by an entrepreneur in the community helping to build their confidence and self-esteem as they become their own BOSS!
