Boys to Men Leadership Academy

The Boys to Men Leadership Academy provides consistent guidance and mentoring for African American/Black boys ages 11–18 in Palm Beach County. Through weekly 90-minute sessions over a 30-week program, students connect with C2G Coaches—positive male mentors who help them build character, confidence, and a strong sense of purpose as they prepare for success in middle school, high school, and beyond.

Our mentorship experience is designed to foster leadership, social-emotional wellness, cultural pride, and self-respect while countering negative behaviors and attitudes. By centering social and emotional learning, the Boys to Men Leadership Academy strengthens positive relationships, improves academic performance and graduation rates, and decreases the likelihood of criminal justice involvement—empowering boys to blaze their own path to greatness.
